Our new "go to" hotel.
First time to the hotel in May. We stayed for 11 nights and had a great time. The hotel is well looked after and all the staff are great. There are plenty of options for food and I'd be surprised if anyone had trouble finding something to suit them. The pool area is kept clean and tidy and it's nice you can see the whole outside area from one position when watching children. The entertainment team make a genuine effort to get to know their guests and form friendships.Hotel rooms give you all you want, nice balcony and a nice shower. Great second vist
This is my second vist to this hotel this year. Food is great and a good choice with theme nights. Always a great selection of salads meats and cakes. Cakes where to die for. Sunday dinner was lovely and English breakfast served 3 times a week. All the staff where very friendly.  They are always cleaning main areas of hotel. Family holiday

clean friendly hotel great pool
arrived here on Monday 24th October and emailed hotel as we were arriving at 1;30 am and was hoping for something to eat got no reply and no food left in room for us just 2 little cups of water Hotel is very clean and friendly staff work tirelessly food was edible but as my wife is very fussy eater she sometimes had to do with chips from kids corner.but as Turkey isnt for us we will not be returning

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff and lots of entertainment throughout the day for children of all ages, very clean environment and lovely food, plenty of different options for all different people. Fantastic team of staff
Just returned from 2nd visit this year with my friend . Absolutely love this hotel and the wonderful friendly staff that work there . I’d like to firstly point out the minor negatives as there is really not much to say there . The hotel rooms are pretty dated and probably need an overhaul but they are immaculately clean and tidy on arrival and are cleaned daily by staff with fresh towels given . To me personally cleanliness is far more important than the decor in the rooms but I know some people want modern rooms so thought I’d just point this out . I would also  say is that the Wi-Fi is really poor . No connection in rooms and only really reliable area is at reception area . Again , I am not someone who spends all day on my phone whilst on holiday but I know for some people the Wi-Fi is a must on holiday . The only other issue I think could maybe be addressed is that the drinks selection for all inclusive is not great . Unless you want to pay for branded drinks ( which I did a few times ) you might be disappointed with selection .Now all that being said I have to give an absolutely glowing review for the staff at Club Alize who all work extremely hard to make your holiday the best . From the young to the more mature staff , cleaners, kitchen staff , bar staff , restaurant staff , pool side staff, porters , reception staff , security , entertainment staff … I could go on and on …. Every person we spoke to was courteous , friendly and just wanted to please . What a wonderful team of people . This is what I’m my opinion can make or break a holiday . We met lots of lovely people and there are so many who really made a difference to our holiday . These people know who they are . I know them all by name but too many to mention.  Something I almost forgot to mention was the food !  I honestly can’t see where the negative reviews are coming from regarding the food . I thought every mealtime was amazing with loads of choices of delicious food .  The Turkish cuisine , to me was so tasty . Hotel and entertainment

BEST HOTEL AND ENTERTAINMENT
Been home over a week now from a lovely holiday at club alize wishing I was back there :(Hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are very spacious also.When arriving at the hotel you are greeted by the friendly reception staff Hakan and Gokhan and security staff who can't do enough to help you, nothing is too much trouble.  They make you feel very welcome which is nice.All staff work very long hours in such hot weather also and still come to work with a smile on their face,especially the entertainment team. Jay has a great team and always working hard to get everyone involved in activities during the day which is nice and a great atmosphere. Also works so hard and has great entertainment shows at night time too :)September, billy and Eddie are great also and love to have a laugh. September is great with all the kids club children also,and all the kids love her :)Billy takes time from his break and organises to take guests to jet skis or go karting which is very kind . Food is great always something to choose from even for fussy people. All staff work really hard to give you the best holiday. Sal and the bar team are also very friendly and helpful. Sinam onur and the rest of the waiting staff cant do enough for you also,they are all very friendly and work so hard. Another Great Holiday at Club Alize!
Second visit to Club Alize this year and third time in total and it gets better every time. We normally travel with our kids but this time we were lucky enough to get a week to ourselves.The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and in a great location.  The rooms are maybe a little dated but they have everything you need for your stay including free air con in the bedrooms which is a godsend!The staff are what really make this hotel special though. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming - receptionist, security guard, restaurant and bar staff, the boys round the pool who look after the sunbeds etc, shop staff, the list goes on. The entertainment team are the real stand outs though - Jay, Billy, Eddie and September. They're all genuinely nice people who go out of their way to ensure that you're enjoying holiday. Thanks for an amazing time guys - we'll see you again in May (this time with the kids in tow!).
